Who we are

Bespoke AI is a personal AI workspace provided by Bespoke Technologies. These Terms govern individual use of the Bespoke AI website, applications, features, and related services.

Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 13 years old to use Bespoke AI. If you are 18 or older, you accept these Terms yourself. If you are 13 to 17, a parent or guardian must agree to you using Bespoke AI and to these Terms on your behalf, and you confirm that they have when you create your account; they remain responsible for supervising your use.

If you use Bespoke AI for an organisation or another person, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for them.

Your account

Provide accurate registration information, protect your credentials, and keep your contact details current. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you have reported unauthorised access and the activity is outside your control.

You must not sell, transfer, share, or make your account available in a way that bypasses plan limits, security controls, or identity requirements.

Using Bespoke AI

Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use Bespoke AI through the interfaces we provide.

You must follow applicable law, these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and reasonable product instructions. You must not interfere with the service, evade usage limits, probe protected systems without permission, automate abusive traffic, or use Bespoke AI to violate another person’s rights.

Your content and generated output

You retain the rights you already hold in prompts, files, project instructions, and other content you submit. You give us the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and transform that content to operate, secure, and support the service.

As between you and Bespoke Technologies, and to the extent permitted by law, you own output generated specifically for you. Output may not be unique, and another user may receive similar output. This allocation does not give you rights in third-party material, trademarks, or other content you do not own.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to submit your content and for reviewing how you use or publish output.

AI limitations and your responsibility

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, offensive, or unsuitable for your purpose. Check important facts and sources before acting. Do not rely on output as the sole basis for legal, medical, financial, employment, education, housing, insurance, safety, or other decisions with material effects on a person.

Plans, limits, and payments

Some features are free and others require a paid plan. The price, currency, duration, included capabilities, and material limits shown before purchase form part of your order. Current paid access is prepaid and does not renew automatically unless the checkout clearly states otherwise.

Usage caps, safety limits, and technical ceilings protect service quality and cost. Reaching a cap may reduce a capability, delay access, or require a new entitlement. We will not convert a failed or unverified payment into paid access.

Refund, cancellation, and remedy rights are governed by the offer shown to you and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these Terms removes a mandatory remedy available under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 or other applicable law.

Third-party services

Bespoke AI relies on service providers for functions such as hosting, databases, storage, email, analytics, payments, and AI processing. A link or optional integration may also take you to a service governed by that provider’s terms. We are not responsible for an independent third-party service outside our control.

Service changes and availability

We may improve, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to give reasonable notice where a material change adversely affects paid access. If we discontinue paid access before its stated period ends, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law and the relevant offer.

The service may sometimes be unavailable because of maintenance, security incidents, provider failures, connectivity, or events outside reasonable control. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Suspension and ending use

You may stop using Bespoke AI at any time. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a breach, security risk, abuse, legal requirement, failed payment, or material risk to users or the service. Where appropriate, we will explain the action and provide a route to ask for review.

Our intellectual property

Bespoke Technologies and its licensors retain rights in the Bespoke AI service, software, brand, interfaces, documentation, and underlying systems. These Terms do not permit you to copy the service, misuse our marks, remove notices, or reverse engineer protected components except where applicable law expressly allows it.

Responsibility and liability

We provide Bespoke AI with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, loss caused by your unlawful use, or decisions made without appropriate review of AI output. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us and give both sides a reasonable opportunity to resolve the concern. This does not prevent you from using a court, regulator, consumer-protection process, or other remedy available by law.

Nigeria’s Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission provides information about consumer rights and complaints.

Changes to these Terms

A change that materially alters legal meaning receives a new calendar version, identifies the version it replaces, and preserves the earlier version. We will provide notice appropriate to the significance of the change before it takes effect where required.
