These surfaces share a product system, but they do not collapse into one unbounded pool. Ownership and Project scope are enforced at the API and storage boundaries.

Bespoke AI routes by capability. Auto balances quality, speed, and cost. Fast prioritises responsiveness. Expert is available for more demanding reasoning. This product-owned routing lets the workspace improve without making one upstream model the identity of the product.

Clarity before theatre

The interface is intended to show what is happening without becoming noisy: a measured activity state while work is in progress, citations where sources are available, provenance for artifacts, and clear limits when a plan or capability is unavailable.
